We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help—within reasonable limits and in line with applicable UK and EU consumer laws.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@elverton.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions, including the return address.

The return address depends on the fulfilment location of your order and may be within your own country or abroad.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Based on average courier rates, return postage may cost between £5–£25 GBP (depending on your courier and parcel weight).

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly (either by replacement or full refund).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

Gift cards

Customised or personalised items

Perishable or intimate/personal care goods (e.g. skincare, underwear, beauty products)
If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, email us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired one.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your online order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.
This does not apply to:

Items not in resellable condition (used, worn, missing tags)

Custom or personalised items

Products excluded by law (e.g. hygiene-sensitive goods)
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. The return address may be within your country or international, depending on fulfilment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@elverton.uk.
Late Deliveries and Return Costs
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Elverton is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen external factors. Shipping delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Return postage costs are not covered by Elverton unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.
