Estimated Shipping Times

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–14 business days

Please note: While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, shipping times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier or carrier delays

  • Public holidays and customs processing delays

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If you experience delays, feel free to contact us and we will assist you as best we can.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rextige.uk.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy once the item is delivered.


Undelivered or Late Orders – Your Legal Rights

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase, and no longer required, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

This right applies unless a longer delivery timeframe was explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase.
